I finally got the new camera! A DSLR ! I was planning on getting the Rebel XTi since it was cheaper but my dad was like "I'd rather you get the better one, it's better anyways, right?".

This beast was expensive. I was able to get a discount on it since I worked at Publix and that took about $80 off. I even got a new SD card with it, 8GB. I really do hope I continue to get better now that I have this. This can do so much and I want to learn as much as possible.

I'm really excited and lucky to have this camera tho. I basically sold my soul to my dad because I owe him so much $.


P.S I find it ironic that I got the DSLR now because I got my Canon Powershot a550 in May07 as well. Happy belated birthday to my a550, it's a year old now . I'm still going to use it, just not as much.
